Paying affiliates

See who to pay, pay them your own way, then mark the commissions paid.

Supaffi never sends money. The Payouts page tells you who to pay, how much and where. You pay each affiliate your own way, then press Mark paid to record it.

Ready to pay

The first section lists every Payable commission, grouped into one row per affiliate and currency. An affiliate owed in dollars and in euros has two rows.

Two rows for one affiliate: Supaffi never converts or adds up currencies.

Column	Shows
Affiliate	Name and email. Click it to open the affiliate.
Pay to	The payout details the affiliate entered in their portal, with a copy button, or Not given yet.
Commissions	How many commissions the row covers.
Amount	The total to send, in that currency.

When nothing is payable, the section reads Nothing to pay. There is no minimum payout: a row appears as soon as one commission is payable.

Open Payouts
Each row is one payment to make.
Send the amount yourself
Use the method in Pay to: PayPal, Wise, a bank transfer or whatever the affiliate wrote. If it says Not given yet, ask them to fill in Payout details in their portal.
Press Mark paid on the row, within an hour of opening the page
The commissions become Paid, the row moves to Paid below, and the affiliate sees the payment in their Payment history.

Mark paid

Mark paid records exactly the commissions and amounts the page showed when it loaded, because that is the money you sent.

Between loading the page and pressing Mark paid	What happens
Another commission becomes payable	Not included. It waits for your next payout.
A refund or lost chargeback reaches a commission on the row	Recorded as paid at the amount shown. You already sent that money.
A chargeback opens on a commission whose hold was over	Recorded as paid at the amount shown.
You void a commission or confirm a self-referral in another tab	Skipped, and the page says how many were not marked paid.
The commissions were already marked paid from another tab	Not recorded again, and the page says when they were paid.
More than an hour passes	Nothing is recorded. Reload, check the amounts and pay again.

A payout always covers one affiliate and one currency.
You can also mark a single commission paid: open it from Commissions and press Mark paid in its panel. The button shows on Payable commissions only.

Payout history

The Paid section lists every payout, newest first, 25 per page: the Date, Affiliate, number of Commissions and Amount. Before your first one it reads No payouts yet.

Messages you might see

Message	What to do
That payout was not recorded because the page was over an hour old. Check the amounts and pay again.	Reload the page, compare each amount with what you sent, then press Mark paid.
1 commission was not marked paid because it is no longer payable.	Nothing. It was voided or confirmed as a self-referral after the page loaded. The count can be higher.
Already marked paid on <date>. Nothing recorded.	Nothing. This payout was recorded earlier, probably from another tab.
<N> already marked paid on <date>, not recorded again.	Nothing. The rest of the row was recorded.
A payout covers one affiliate and one currency at a time.	Press Mark paid on each row separately.
