Affiliate signup

How affiliates join a program, pick their code and log in.

Affiliates join from a signup link on your affiliate subdomain. There is no approval step: their referral link works the moment they sign up. Supaffi sends no email, so you share signup links yourself, wherever your audience is.

Signup links

Each program with Public signup on has its own link. Copy it with Copy signup link on the program card. The Copy link button on the Affiliates page copies the default program's link.

A visitor who opens /affiliates on your subdomain is sent to the signup page of the first open program, or to the login page when no program is open.

The signup page

The page reads "Earn from every sale you send to" your product, and shows the program's terms in two tiles before the form.

The form asks for:

  • Name, Email and Password (at least 12 characters).
  • Your referral link: your website followed by /?via= and a code, prefilled from their name. Only the code is editable.

Get my link creates the account, signs the affiliate in and opens their portal. Their account belongs to this product only: the same email on another product is a separate account.

Referral codes

The code is what identifies the affiliate in a link such as yourapp.com/pricing?via=sarah.

If the code prefilled from the name is already taken, Supaffi generates another one. Affiliates can add more links with their own codes later, from Links in the portal.

Invite-only programs

When a program has Public signup off, its signup link shows an Invite only card naming your product and the program, with a Log in button and no form. Nobody can join it directly.

To bring someone into an invite-only program, have them sign up to an open program, then move them from the Affiliates page. If no program is open, nobody can sign up at all.

Logging in

Affiliates log in at /affiliates/login on your subdomain with their Email and Password. A session lasts 30 days. When a program is open, the page also links to signup with New here? Join the program.

A wrong email or password shows "Incorrect email or password". There is no self-service reset: the page tells the affiliate to ask you for a password link.
